Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and AEONIS LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 10001 NW 50th St #104, Sunrise, FL 33351 ("we"), for heat.aeonis.pro (the "Service").

The Service

The Service shows weather forecast data from the National Weather Service and planning guidance calculated from published NIOSH formulas. It is not medical advice, a medical device, a heat illness prevention program, or a determination of compliance with any law or regulation. Forecasts can be wrong, and site conditions can differ. You are responsible for decisions about work, rest, hydration and medical care.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no automated scraping beyond normal use, no attempts to disrupt it, and no unlawful use. Third-party data stays subject to its providers' terms.

Price

The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, prices and a refund policy will be shown before purchase.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or $50.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.

Law

Florida law governs these terms. Venue is the state and federal courts in Broward County, Florida.

Changes
